Our Love Story
Olivia and Brandon's love story begins in August 2014 on the campus of Delaware State University.
Unbeknownst to Olivia, Brandon had noticed her at a graduation party of a mutual friend several months prior to their first encounter on campus.
The pair instantly hit it off once they officially met through other mutual friends, and they dated for about a year before parting ways.
After a period of separation and different relationships, Olivia and Brandon reconnected in the fall of 2019. Their "first date" was a trip to see the move 'Queen & Slim' on Black Friday. Throughout the next several months, Olivia and Brandon developed a strong friendship and connection throughout the COVID-19 lockdown that was the foundation of the love they share today.
In June 2020 once restrictions were lifted, the pair connected in person again for the first time in seven months where they would get to know one another through time at outdoor restaurants, FaceTime conversations, and long talks in the car at Ritas. On August 1, 2020 Olivia and Brandon went on their first official date. After exclusively dating one another for several months, Brandon asked Olivia to be his girlfriend on October 10, 2020.
Over the last three and half years, Olivia and Brandon have continued to grow, learn, and love one another through the various challenges and joys that life brings.
On March 11, 2024 Brandon proposed at the beautiful Trocadéro in Paris, France while celebrating Olivia's birthday. The couple's God-ordained love story will continue as they marry on their 4 year anniversary and start the next chapter of their story as husband and wife.
